	Fordham has a number of apartments on 58th Street in midtown Manhattan to house its graduate students. Graduate School of Business students may chose to find their own rental apartment and can use the links to the right for searches. Fordham University Housing Sources Located only a few short blocks away from the Lincoln Center campus, Fordham’s Graduate Housing is a true New York apartment experience. Studio and one-bedroom apartment opportunities are available to Fordham Graduate School of Business students studying full-time and part-time (part-time students must take at least 6 credits in order to be eligible for housing). These apartments are priced significantly below market rents. The apartments are conveniently located about 3 blocks from campus in a very safe, doorman building.
