The Fordham TMBA is characterized by creating a transnational experience for participants.  Reflecting international business reality, program participants meet monthly to gain and share new information and insights, and receive new assignments.  The monthly format was designed to meet the needs of professionals who travel extensively and have rapidly changing schedules and project responsibilities.

Participants work individually and in teams.  In today’s corporate work environment, professionals meet face-to-face with other managers and

executives only periodically, and work assignments are often coordinated from different locations.  The TMBA experience is similar, with class assignments and projects initially developed by individuals, but frequently reviewed and completed by teams of classmates from various locations around the globe.

Using the Internet, electronic bulletin boards, e-mail, computer-based video conferencing and specialized software selected for the program, the team’s work is completed and delivered electronically to faculty prior to the next monthly weekend, or presented live to classmates and faculty during the next class session.
