Our visit to
Brazil was truly spectacular. From
our welcome at GE Engines where we toured the factory and were hosted by Mr.
Alexandre Silva, CEO of GE Engines, to our company visit to Nokia, we were
warmly and graciously received. Our
hosts continuously welcomed us as though we were visiting their homes.
The Brazilians find pride in hosting guests and are the warmest people I
have encountered in the world. Their
love of life and happiness in daily life is infectious.
I am truly grateful to Magali, our host in Rio, who organized our
Brazilian venture and the welcome lunch at the beautiful “Porcao” restaurant
on the water with breathtaking views….my first experience with the
“churrascaria” style of unlimited beef and lamb skewers….(finally noticed
the green/red saucers signaling preference to be served/or not). – Shoshana
