Professor Napoli provides social science-based research and consulting services to industry, government, and public interest clients. General areas of expertise include economic, policy, and new technology issues facing the media industries. Professor Napoli has experience with a variety of research approaches, including survey and focus group methods, analysis of archival data, audience ratings data analysis, Delphi methods, and content analysis.
