As markets become increasingly hyper-competitive and companies leverage globally distributed innovation, information systems (IS) transform every business aspect. Managers must first understand the dynamic effects of IS in business, and then design IS strategies to perform well in dynamically complex business environments. In that context, dynamic complex-system thinking and simulation modeling is helping managers see the causal interconnections behind the dynamically complex interaction of technology and business performance.
Keynote Speaker: Michael E. Raynor, PhD Distinguished Fellow, Deloitte Research, Deloitte Consulting author The Strategy Paradox, 2007 co-author (w. Clayton Christensen) The Innovators Solution, 2003, HBS Press Business Leaders, Business & IT Managers and Academics are invited to attend!
