Honors and Awards
1. Nominated for and received the 'Oscar Lasdon award for the best dissertation of the year', Bernard M. Baruch College, The City University of New York, 1987. 2. Awarded certificate in recognition of outstanding merit and accomplishment as a student of The City University of New York by The Marquis Who's Who Publications Board and included in its Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges, 1985-1986. 3. Nominated for and received the 'gold medal of excellence' from the Mayor of the City of Athens, for distinction in scholarship at the XVIII senior high school of Athens, Greece, 1973.
