Professor Catucci is currently a Senior Management Consultant at The Palladium Group where he is responsible for leading executives and their organizations to breakthrough performance. He guides clients on strategy development and execution, implementation of the Balanced Scorecard, cultural transformation and overall organizational performance. Prior to joining The Palladium Group, he was President & CEO of Regulatory DataCorp (RDC), which aggregates and leverages a database of worldwide public information, technology and regulatory expertise. RDC enables its clients to manage legal, regulatory and reputational risks associated with combating fraud, corruption, money-laundering and meeting global regulatory requirements. Professor Catucci was formerly Executive Vice President-Global Operations for Equifax with responsibility for all operations in the United States, Canada, South America and Europe. Prior to Equifax, he was President & CEO at AT&T Canada Long Distance Services where he was inducted into the Balanced Scorecard "Hall of Fame" and was a finalist in the Financial Post "CEO of the Year Award" in Canada. Catucci's professional experience spanned a 33 year career at AT&T that included a variety of operational assignments. He held the position of Vice President-Government Relations and led AT&T's business expansion into Alaska and Canada. He also represented AT&T as an Attorney specializing in Tax and Regulatory matters. His work has been favorably reported in various books and articles including: "The Strategy-Focused Organization" and "The Execution Premium" by Robert Kaplan and David Norton; "Bringing a Company Back to Life" by Darwin Gillett.
