Biography

Professor Chiang received the doctoral degree in Information Systems from the University of Washington.  Prior to joining Fordham, he was assistant professor at the University of Connecticut business school and manager at Accenture.

His research interests are in software process improvement, information systems economics, and e-commerce design.  He has authored articles that appeared in leading journals such as Information System Research, Operations Research, IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering, INFORMS Journal on Computing, among others.

His consulting experience spans across business process reengineering, project/ program management, requirements management, organizational change enablement, and system development methodology improvement with leading global and US clients in financial, health care, transportation, and energy industries.
