Mr. Bruck is the Chief Information Officer of Hudson Valley Bank where he oversees the strategic planning and execution of the technology infrastructure and information systems for the Bank.  Prior to joining the Bank, Howard was the Managing Director at the New York Stock Exchange, and Director of Pepsi International.

Howard has been an Adjunct Professor of Management at both the Fordham MBA and NYU-Polytechnic University graduate engineering teaching courses in project management, operations research, and IT strategy.  He has published several related articles in trade magazines and journals.  Howard earned his MBA from Fordham University and his BS in Mathematics from CW Post College.
