Fordham Startup! Annual Business Plan Competition
Winners of the Competition receive $10,000 in prize money, and learn a tremendous amount about the entrepreneurial process and overall business as they journey through the competition's activities and events. The Competition is an integrated learning experience allowing students to apply all aspects for their MBA education. While the primary objective of the competition is to educate participants about the entrepreneurial process of creating and evaluating new business ventures, the Competition also provides a platform for showcasing entrepreneurial talent, networking participants with the entrepreneurial and venture community, and harnessing Fordham's resources. Volunteer @ East New York Farms with Net Impact

Upcoming dates include: November 7, and November 21
East New York Farms is located in Brooklyn and supports its local community by growing food for the community, teaching agricultural and leadership skills to youth, and developing economic opportunity for regional farmers, local gardeners, and entrepreneurs by running a farmers' market. The farm tasks include: composting, planting, painting, beekeeping, bark mulching, weeding, cleaning-up, and more. RSVP fordhamni@gmail.com.
Student Business Cards
You have the opportunity to order GBA business cards, but you must adhere to the rules outlined below:
- Home address is not included on the cards for your privacy.
- Cards must use your fordham.edu email addresses – please note that the field should only contain the first part of your address; @fordham.edu is already included in the printing.
- If you have a dual concentration, separate the two by typing in an "and" or a "&".
- Please be certain to review your proof before submitting your order. Dash Printing will charge full price for replacement cards if you fail to proof your business cards.
- Your order is placed when you hit "Send" even though you will not receive a confirmation email.
- Business cards are sent UPS. If your shipment is returned to Dash Printing, you will be charged an additional fee for re-shipment.
- The order you are placing is for 500 cards at a cost of $50 plus $3 shipping.
If you are interested in ordering from our authorized printer, please click here to place your order with Dash Printing. We reiterate that you are responsible for proofing your own cards. Any mistakes in content are your responsibility – not the printers – so review the PDF proof carefully.
