Field Study Consulting Program (FSP)
The Field Study Consulting Program (FSP) is designed to enable MBA students, working in consulting teams, to analyze real business problems and recommend appropriate actions for client organizations in the New York City greater metropolitan area. The program is offered as a three-credit course under the supervision of Professor Allen Schiff, the program director. For the SUMMER 2008 term, several teams of students will be selected to work on projects. National Society of Hispanic MBAs Scholarship Program
The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) provides financial assistance to outstanding Hispanics pursuing an MBA. To be eligible, you must be: a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident, of Hispanic heritage, a current NSHMBA member, and meet NSHMBA's GPA requirements. This is not a Fordham-managed scholarship. Latin America and Caribbean students: The Leo S. Rowe Pan American Fund
These highly subsidized loans are made with the understanding that upon completion of their studies, beneficiaries commit to repay the loan in full and return to their home countries to apply their knowledge and training to the economic and social advancement of the developing countries within the Americas.
- Supplementary aid of up to US$15,000 (for living expenses, tuition, or emergencies not covered by their principal source of finance)
- Applications are accepted and reviewed year-round –there are no deadlines.
- Loans are granted for graduate and undergraduate studies.
- Scholars, researchers, and professionals are also eligible for exchange programs and professional development courses lasting minimum one academic semester.

March 3 – SAC Candidacy statements due
Each candidate must submit a Candidate Position Statement. These Statements along with a 3 x 5 Digital Picture of you will need to be e-mailed to Cara Protzko at caraprotzko@hotmail.com no later than 6pm on Monday March 3, 2008.

Candidates who submitted Candidate Position Statements on time will be expected to deliver a short 3-5 minute speech to the Student Body, Faculty, and Administration about their vision for the Student Advisory Council for 2008-2009. Content should include qualifications, ideas, and deliverables you are promising to be accomplished if you are elected to the position you are campaigning for.
Be prepared to be asked some questions by the current Student Advisory Council officers. This session will be posed in Debate style, and then the floor will be opened to questions from the Student Body, Faculty and Administration.
BHMBA: 'THE POWER OF NOW' Shaping Tomorrow by Changing Today

My Professor: EMBA
John Hollwitz and Francis Petit
The Fordham Executive MBA Program, directed by Francis Petit, was recently highlighted as one of 11 EMBA Programs worldwide by EMBA News (Fall 2007) for its "Program Innovation" of incorporating Jazz Simulation Exercises at Jazz at Lincoln Center, taught by Professor John Hollwitz in its Management Core Course.

Petit presented the concurrent session "Promoting Executive Programs with a Sports Marketing Strategy: Lessons Learned by Fordham University" at the Executive MBA Council Annual Conference in Toronto.
