Alumni Update: Darcy Antonellis

We would like to recognize Darcy Antonellis, a finance graduate, for her promotion to President of Warner Bros. Technical Operations. The exciting notice was announced on January 16, 2008 by Kevin Tsujihara, President, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group, to whom she will directly report. Antonellis, who moves up from the dual role of Executive Vice President, Distribution & Technology Operations, Warner Bros. Technical Operations and Senior Vice President, Worldwide Anti-Piracy Operations, Warner Bros. Entertainment will focus on developing, adapting and leveraging new technologies to support Warner Bros.’ various businesses, including working with sales divisions to move entertainment properties from production to marketplace more quickly and efficiently.

Alumni Update: Jacqueline Miller

Jacqueline Miller brings more than 16 years of diverse business experience to her new position, representing significant client-side knowledge as well as agency experience. Before joining MicroMass, she worked eight years with Citibank in New York, where as vice president. Prior to joining Citibank, Miller worked at Ogilvy One Worldwide in New York, where she supervised several large telecom and financial services accounts. She also worked in the Manhattan offices of other national ad agencies, including FCB Direct (now Draftfcb), Wunderman, and Katz Communications (now Katz Media Group).

Alumni Update: Frank Waltman

Congratulations to Frank Waltman (GBA ’91) who has joined Prudential Retirement as head of the organization's Investment Products team. Waltman will have overall management responsibility for the investment platform that Prudential Retirement offers to defined contribution, defined benefit and non-qualified plan clients. Waltman joins Prudential Retirement following at 15-year career with Phoenix Investment Partners.

Alumni Update: Timothy Walsh

Timothy Walsh is Principal of Financial Synergies Management, Inc. (FSMI), a consulting company based in Kennett Square, PA. Walsh founded FSMI in 2002 in an effort to guide organizations and individuals to maximize their potentials. During his twenty-two year career, he has achieved leadership positions in finance, information technology, and sales, holding such diverse posts as Chief Financial Officer, IT Director, and Plant Controller at several Fortune 500 companies such as Masco, PPG Industries, Bristol-Myers and Westinghouse.

Since joining the GWCC in 2004, he has served as Membership Development Chair, Financial Development Chair, Vice-Chairman, and Chair of the Education Foundation. His most recent experience prior to founding Financial Synergies Management, Inc. was at CorePROFIT Solutions where he served as Vice President and controller.

The year has started with a bang, which included our 2008 Faculty Retreat at the United Nations and our first Flaum Leadership Lectures, which featured Randall Rothenberg of the Interactive Advertising Bureau.
