Dean's Forum
From everyone here at Fordham Graduate School of Business Administration, we wish you a happy and healthy new year. We have had a very productive 2008, and we look forward to continuing our progress in 2009. One of our key focuses for this year is to help our alumni through this economic downturn by providing services that help "brush up" your professional skills.
To achieve this goal, we have partnered with a number of career coaches and recruiters for our upcoming 2nd Annual Alumni Reception (please click here to visit). Network with your fellow alumni and gain valuable insight from informal discussions with career experts. Finally, we are planning additional sessions of our successful alumni World Wise Network Career Series for February, March and April.
As we work to help our alumni, we also welcome your involvement as volunteers at the school. Becoming an admissions volunteer (please click here to visit), career advisor or mentor are fantastic projects for your resume – not to mention for our students! This is a difficult time for everyone, and we are committed to identifying - and providing - the services our students and alumni need. We invite new ideas, new services and new solutions, so please contact us if you have any comments or concepts you wish to share.
