Fordham has a number of apartments on the Upper East Side of Manhattan to house its graduate students. Graduate School of Business students may chose to find their own rental apartment and can use the links to the right for searches.

Fordham University Housing Sources

Located on a beautiful, tree-lined street on the Upper East Side, Fordham’s Graduate Housing is a true New York apartment experience. Studio and one-bedroom apartment opportunities are available to Fordham Graduate School of Business students studying full-time. These apartments are priced significantly below market rents.

The apartments are conveniently located about 20 minutes from campus in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. All apartments come unfurnished; kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator and stove.
