Sris Chatterjee is an Associate Professor of Finance at Fordham University where he  currently teaches  Mergers  and Acquisitions, Behavioral Finance, Financial Environment and Principles of Modern Finance.  He received  the Gladys and Henry Crown Award for Faculty Excellence by the MBA graduating class of 1995. Prof. Chatterjee got his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Kharagpur) and his Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta).  He received his M.Phil and Ph.D. from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.  Prior to joining Fordham, Prof. Chatterjee taught at SUNY (Buffalo) and Rutgers University.  He has also been a consultant and teacher for the Wealth Management group at UBS.
