	Fordham has a number of apartments on 58th Street in midtown Manhattan to house its graduate students. Fordham University Housing Sources Located only a few short blocks away from the Lincoln Center campus, Fordham’s Graduate Housing is a true New York apartment experience. Studio and one-bedroom apartment opportunities are available to Fordham Graduate School of Business students studying full-time and part-time (part-time students must take at least 6 credits in order to be eligible for housing). These apartments are priced significantly below market rents. The apartments are conveniently located about 3 blocks from campus in a very safe, doorman building.
