Meeting the unique needs of international students is a priority at Fordham Graduate School of Business Administration. Below you will find information intended to make your transition into Fordham easier. At Fordham you will be part of a community of students, faculty, and administrators who will do everything possible to make your experience the best it can be.
Visit the Office for International Services. It is a resource center for Fordham University’s international community and their interests.
Special Application Requirements for International Students
- Please note that the summer trimester is not available to international applicants requiring a student visa. Download deadlines.
- International applicants who require an F-1 Student Visa are highly encouraged to submit their completed applications as early as possible.
- All application materials (university transcripts, bank statements, letters of recommendation, etc.) that are not in English should be accompanied by a certified translation.
- Full-time students who will require an F-1 Student Visa or J-1 Visa must submit a notarized Affidavit of Support accompanied by original documentation that supports the information on the affidavit. (Supporting documentation includes personal bank statements, bank letters, sponsorships, or financial awards.)
- All international applicants whose undergraduate studies were taught in a country outside of the United States are required to submit a World Education Services (WES) evaluation of their undergraduate transcripts.
- Applicants whose undergraduate studies were taught in a language different than English, must submit an original TOELF score (minimum iBT=100, PBT=600) or an IELTS score (minimum=7). TOEFL code = 2252-02
